Mumbai: A minor fire erupted at the underground Metro 3 (Colaba-Bandra-SEEPZ) site on Tuesday afternoon. Hot metal dropping from welding work led to tarpaulin catching fire. According to Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Nitrile Rubber Hoses Manufacturers (MMRC) the fire started at around 12 pm and was caused due to dropping of hot metal dropping during welding work. Two fire brigade vehicles, water tankers and police vans rushed to the spot soon after the fire call. The officials vacated the labourers and doused the fire. The 1.
